Qualifications

• Minimum BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in structural, thermal and fluid dynamics analysis supporting cosmetic or equipment product design.
• Experience with FDA regulated manufacturing environments and traceability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive modeling and simulation activities for packaging concepts, equipment systems, and product delivery technologies.
• Develop and validate predictive models to optimize performance, manufacturability, and consumer experience.
• Provide engineering recommendations to improve design robustness, production efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
• Establish standards, governance and best practices for modeling and simulation across the organization.

Education
