Job summary

Lumbee Holdings is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to perform modeling, simulation, and analysis across engagement and mission-level scenarios. You will develop performance and threat models, and support test planning and reporting for ongoing projects.

The role requires proficiency in C++ and NGTS SDK, with experience in BOSS/MLST3/WASP/ExCIS, and strong OSI network understanding for tactical environments.

Qualifications

• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Basic and advanced C++ programming language proficiency is required.
• Experience with NGTS Software Developer's Kit (SDK) is needed.
• Familiarity with modeling and simulation standards DIS and HLA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks for engagement and mission-level scenarios.
• Develop performance models, threat models, and command/control models for simulation frameworks.
• Administer and maintain M&S systems like BOSS, MLST3, WASP, ExCIS, and NGTS.
• Configure and troubleshoot LANs/WANs and OSI-layer networks in tactical environments.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports for events.
• Automate war scenario execution to minimize live feeds.
