Job summary

MTSI, located in Dayton, Ohio, seeks an experienced MS&A Engineer to apply AFSIM, MBSE and Python expertise to support AFRL/RY in sensor modeling, simulation, and mission analysis. You will help address evolving threats and enhance sensor deployment strategies across classified and unclassified programs.

You will design dynamic scenarios, perform quick-turn analyses to optimize sensor performance, and contribute to mission planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of AFSIM modeling, including simulation development and scenario analysis.
MBSE experience for system design and documentation in defense environments.
Proficiency in Python or similar scripting for simulation/data analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine sensor models and simulations using AFSIM.
Design and build dynamic mission scenarios with quick-turn analyses.
Perform mission utility analyses and sensitivity studies for sensor deployment.
Create OV1 videos to visualize complex scenarios for decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use Jira/Confluence in Agile sprints.
