We’re seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 2 to lead and elevate our Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) capabilities in support of evolving mission needs. This is a dual role that combines technical project execution with people leadership, focused on delivering credible, mission-focused systems solutions and will be 100% on site at our Linthicum, MD location. As an integral part of our Foundational Systems Engineering department located in Linthicum, MD you will focus on architecting the delivery of capabilities across multiple programs through the development and use of advanced models and simulations of platforms, sensors, weapons, and their interactions with the environment.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineer, or Mathematics or other related technical fields. U.S Citizenship is required. A current / active U.S Government Secret Clearance. Ability to obtain and/or maintain Special Program Access. 1 year of experience in people management or leading engineering teams/IPTs. Demonstrated experience in RF Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A).

Primary Level Salary Range: $153,800.00 - $230,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
