Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an entry-level Model Home Design Coordinator to support the interior design team. You will help develop selections, create presentation materials, and manage documentation across multiple markets.

You’ll influence design direction by assembling cohesive interior concepts, while gaining knowledge of Perry Homes products, floor plans, and processes. This role involves travel for installations as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience with space planning software (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Bluebeam or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to carry a cohesive interior design concept from concept to presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of interior selection packages including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, lighting, hardware, color palettes and decor concepts.
• Maintain knowledge of products, options, design standards, and selection programs across divisions.
• Research and coordinate resolution of selection-related issues.
• Create design presentations and supporting documentation for internal teams.
• Manage Model Home Selections Intake process with accurate communication between departments.
• Improve selection packages, templates, and reference materials for future projects.
• Organize and maintain project schedules, records, and design documentation.
• Support model home installations and travel to align with approved design intent.
