Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a SHAWOOD Concierge to welcome visitors, maintain a premium presentation, and assist early customer engagement. You will be the first contact for prospective buyers, ensuring a warm, professional introduction to the community.

Under supervision, you’ll collect visitor info, coordinate tours, and handle daily admin tasks. This role supports sales events, CRM data entry, and continuing training on SHAWOOD features and design concepts.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License required.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic exposure to customer service, hospitality, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective buyers and visitors in a warm, brand-consistent manner.
• Coordinate appointments and tours with visitors.
• Maintain the model home and SHAWOOD spaces in premium condition.
• Support events, marketing activities, and realtor engagements.
• Provide basic information and escalate complex questions to the team.
• Enter visitor data into CRM accurately and timely.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and training on SHAWOOD features.
• Participate in ongoing training on product features and customer engagement.
