Job summary

Unsigned Models is seeking a proactive Casting and Bookings Coordinator to manage all model bookings and schedules, maintaining an organized calendar. You will draft casting packages, proactively search for modeling opportunities, and act as a liaison between clients and models while building trusted relationships and ensuring timely contract sign-offs.

Additional duties include scheduling meetings with models, on-board new faces, and negotiating terms when needed, always prioritizing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge about the modeling industry.
• Self-confident, reliable and organized.
• Experience with basic computer tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all model bookings and schedules; maintain calendar.
• Approach and handle all castings with urgency; draft casting packages.
• Act as a liaison between client and model.
• Negotiate contract terms and rates and ensure signed agreements.
