Associate Casting Director, Casting Assistant

Laray Mayfield Casting is looking for a high-level Casting Assistant and Associate for a fast-paced office environment. Assistant candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in casting, talent agency, or management. Associate candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking availabilities, maintaining and tracking lists, scheduling auditions, offers/deal memos and managing the download and upload of auditions and self-tapes.

Proficiency in Breakdown Express, EcoCast, Zoom, Cast It, Excel, and Dropbox is required. Candidates must be based in Los Angeles.
