Job summary

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) III to supportcritical Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives at Crane, IN [0.6.2]. As a mid-to-senior level engineer, you willlead the digital engineering transformation by leveraging model-centric ecosystem frameworks rather thantraditional document-driven processes [0.6.1]. You will design, develop, and manage complex systemarchitectures, ensuring proper integration, synchronization, and traceability across multi-domain defenseframeworks [0.6.1, 0.6.2].

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance [0.6.2].
• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a highlyrelevant technology discipline [0.6.2].
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of specialized experience in the analysis, development, validation, and programmatic integration of complex DoD systems [0.6.2].
• Tooling Expertise: Advanced, hands-on mastery of SysML authoring tools, specifically Cameo SystemsModeler / No Magic suite [0.6.2].
• Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in technical writing and verbal presentations to pivotseamlessly between deep engineering circles and senior military leadership [0.6.2]
