Hadrian in Los Angeles is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, MBD, to convert complex technical data into model-based definitions and guide the software team on required tool capabilities.

You will review software outputs, enforce definition standards, and train new engineers while shaping scalable processes for a growing team. Knowledge of GD&T, PLM systems, and legacy-data conversion is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of industry experience in CAD modeling with drawings and product definition (MBD authoring, drawing checking, legacy-data conversion).
• Ability to read messy legacy prints across welding, assembly, NDT and machining callouts and resolve ambiguities.
• GD&T to ASME Y14.5 and MBD/PMI to Y14.41 for authoring definitions used by manufacturing and inspection.
• Experience with Teamcenter or a comparable PLM system, including assembly structure and release workflows.
• Capacity to review another engineer’s work and turn recurring errors into checks.

Responsabilidades

• Work through customer packages across welding, assembly, NDT, and machining requirements, and author them onto the model as linked MBD.
• Review what Hadrian's software produces, correct it, and report each class of error to the software team.
• Help define the standard workflow and its quality checks, so a larger team can run the work in the software.
• Review other engineers' output against the definition standard.
• Train the engineers and specialists who join the team.
