Job summary

¡VIVA!, the high-energy Mexican concept by Chef Ray Garcia at Resorts World Las Vegas, is seeking a Model Bartender to join its team. You will mix, prepare and serve drinks while promoting the venue and building a personal guest list.

You will greet guests, take orders, ensure accurate presentations, monitor guest intoxication, and uphold safety, sanitation and company standards. This position offers competitive wages, benefits and growth opportunities within a premier casino property.

Responsibilities

• Greet, interact, entertain and serve guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to all guest inquiries, requests, directions and information.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other company functions and services.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Maintain opening, running and closing service equipment par, product and supply par.
• Record and report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to a manager immediately.
• Prepare and process guest checks and payments by cash, credit card, venue comps and all other tender types through POS terminal functions.
• Up-sell and suggestively sell menu items, specials and beverages.
