Job summary

Cliquelv inLas Vegas seeks a barback/bar porter to support bartenders, maintain a clean, safe bar area, and ensure smooth operations during peak hours. You will follow standardized service procedures, assist in daily marketing tasks, and help build guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.

The role requires knowledge of spirits and wine, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Multilingual candidates are a plus; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of barback/bar porter experience in a high-volume environment or 6 months in a fine dining establishment.
• Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. and active participant in social media
• Must have a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and stay organized under pressure.
• Positive attitude, self motivated, energetic and a willing learner.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care, concern and detail.
• Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards.
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To include but not limited to:

• Provides full prep support to Bartender and Bar Porters to ensure proper operation of the bar.
