Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration and classroom management skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certificate with CI Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with goals and needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction for MoCI students.
• Collect, analyze and document progress monitoring data.
• Collaborate with related service providers, admins and families.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA and state regulations.
• Create a structured, inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies for MoCI.
