Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy, PLC is seeking a Stretch Specialist to join a patient-centered team in a full-time on-site role. You will perform one-on-one stretching sessions, educate clients on mobility, and collaborate with licensed therapists to support movement goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to learn hands-on stretching techniques and clinical protocols.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset are valued.
• Full-time on-site work is required.
• Backgrounds in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Fitness or Human Performance are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, and movement strategies.
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Educate clients on Stretch services and membership options.
• Help clients understand the value of continued care and address questions or concerns.
• Follow up with prospective, current, and former clients to help build and maintain a caseload.
• Participate in community outreach, including connecting with local gyms, organizations, and events.
• Support membership growth and other marketing efforts as directed.
