Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Are you passionate about helping people move and feel their best? Our growing physical therapy clinic is looking for a Stretch Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in exercise science, kinesiology, health sciences, personal training, or fitness who enjoys working one‑on‑one with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement.
We emphasize comprehensive training, mentorship, and credential development to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in a clinical environment.

What you'll do

• Perform one‑on‑one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs.


• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, and movement strategies.


• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.


• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes.


• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for clients.


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Client Growth & Community Engagement

• Educate clients on Stretch services and membership options.


• Help clients understand the value of continued care and address questions or concerns.


• Follow up with prospective, current, and former clients to help build and maintain a caseload.


• Participate in community outreach, including connecting with local gyms, organizations, and events.


• Support membership growth and other marketing efforts as directed.
