Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Okemos, MI is hiring a Stretch Specialist for a full-time on-site role. You’ll perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, tailor plans to each client’s needs, educate on mobility, and collaborate with physical therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.

Backgrounds in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Fitness, or Human Performance preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs.
Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, and movement strategies.
Build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate treatment notes and keep the space clean.
Support community outreach and membership growth initiatives.
Follow up with clients to grow and maintain caseload.
