Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Support complex patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Advance mobility using bed mobility, transfers, and standing activities.
• Contribute to individualized mobility plans with nursing/rehabilitation teams.
• Promote safety by recognizing mobility risks and communicating them to clinicians.
• Provide staff education and coaching on safe mobility practices.
