Job summary

ACLC, LLC is seeking a highly analytical Mobility Specialist to plan, synchronize, and oversee multi-modal transportation of personnel, cargo, and equipment for USARCENT deployments, coordinating with USTRANSCOM, SDDC, AMC, and carriers to ensure timely movement.

This on-site, full-time role requires a SECRET clearance and deep knowledge of TC-AIMS II, JFAST, and IGC, plus experience in military deployment operations and compliance with DoD regulations. A Top Secret preference is noted.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics/Transportation Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of specialized military transportation and deployment ops experience.
• Current certifications in Hazardous Materials Transportation and UMO course are preferred.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required at application time.
• Knowledge of Joint Publication 4-01, DTR parts II/III, and international clearance protocols.

Job description

ACLC, LLC is seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Mobility Specialist to provide professional distribution, movement control, and deployment management support to the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) Headquarters G4 Logistics section. The successful candidate will plan, synchronize, and oversee the strategic multi-modal transportation (air, sea, rail, and line-haul) of personnel, cargo, and combat equipment deploying into or operating within the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).

This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a SECRET clearance. (Top Secret preferred)

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategic Movement Planning: Develop, review, and execute time-phased force deployment data (TPFDD) and comprehensive movement plans for USARCENT forces executing operational deployments or joint exercises.
• Transportation Coordination: Coordinate directly with U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and commercial carriers to secure transport assets.
• Automated Data Management: Utilize joint and Army automated transportation systems to generate military shipping labels, hazardous material (HAZMAT) manifests, and equipment stowage plans.
• In-Transit Visibility (ITV): Monitor and maintain comprehensive real-time ITV of personnel, cargo, and equipment using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) networks and tracking databases to resolve border or transit delays.
• Airfield & Port Operations Support: Assist in managing port of debarkation/embarkation (POD/POE) logistics, ensuring smooth Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI) for arriving units.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (equivalent military mobility experience may be substituted).
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience in military transportation and deployment operations (Army 88N, 880A, or civilian contractor equivalent background). Experience at a Division, Corps, or Theater Army (ASCC) G4 mobility cell is highly preferred.
• Technical Systems: Direct operational proficiency with the Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information for Movements System II (TC-AIMS II), Joint Flow and Analysis System for Transportation (JFAST), and Integrated Data Environment/Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC).
• Certifications: Current certifications in Hazardous Materials Transportation (AMMO-62 or equivalent) and Unit Movement Officer (UMO) course completion are highly preferred.
• Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance is required at the time of application.
• Skills: Deep understanding of Joint Publication 4-01 (Joint Doctrine for the Defense Transportation System), Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) parts II and III, and diplomatic clearance protocols for international transit.
