• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years' experience in sales management.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales and service.
• Lead staff to achieve store goals and personal sales targets.
• Report store performance via KPI metrics.
• Drive local marketing and market opportunities.
• Hire and retain qualified staff with HR support.
• Coach and mentor team to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of customer treatment and satisfaction.
• Promote training and continuous learning.
• Supervise and promote sales of all products and services.
• Generate personal leads and sales volume.
• Forecast unit sales and gross profit.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on GM Scorecard.
• Maintain vehicle inventory with Inventory team.
• Work with Service Manager on technician efficiency and hours.
• Aim for NPS to match corporate average via Direct Opinions.
• Demonstrate leadership and core values engagement.
• Comply with policies, OSHA, safety regulations and state rules.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
