Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience supporting Apple and Microsoft technologies, including iOS/iPadOS and Windows 10+.
- 2–3 years hands‑on experience administering MDM platforms (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, MobileIron).
Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end mobility support by resolving incidents, fulfilling device/service requests, and managing device refresh programs.
- Administer and support mobile carrier services by provisioning, modifying, suspending, and deactivating mobile services via internal systems and carrier portals.
- Optimize mobility operations and costs by auditing service plans and participating in monthly carrier review meetings.
