Job summary

Woven by Toyota is seeking a Risk Management and Process Integration Lead to advance the organization’s safety programs, risk management initiatives, and cross‑functional safety governance across vehicle operations and related programs.

You will help develop and implement the Safety Management System (SMS), participate in Enterprise Risk Management, lead safety committee meetings, and collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and compliance teams to drive safe, reliable mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years experience implementing SMS and risk management programs in automotive, mobility, or related industries.
• Knowledge of ERM principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of QMS and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with safety case frameworks, hazard analysis methods, and risk assessment tools.
• Experience leading safety governance activities and cross-functional committees.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Participate in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks.
• Lead safety committee meetings, including agenda, action tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain safety policies and governance documents aligned with QMS requirements.
• Support hazard analysis, risk assessments, and safety investigations across vehicle operations.
• Provide guidance on safety compliance and risk management to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, legal, and compliance teams to ensure safe outcomes.
• Track corrective/preventive actions from audits, incidents, or risk reviews.
• Prepare reports and safety performance metrics for leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.
