Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems seeks high-potential graduates for its Mobility Operations Rotational Program. You will rotate through manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, and engineering to gain breadth and technical skills in digitalization and automation.

Ideal candidates have a June 2026–December 2026 bachelor’s degree in a technical/business field, a minimum 3.0 GPA, strong communication, and an interest in leadership development. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be graduating with a bachelor’s degree between June 2026 and December 2026 in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field with a clear technical interest.
• Candidates should be open to potential relocation during rotations.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA requested.
• Experience with SAP as ERP system in process industry is preferred (Production Planning, Scheduling or Material planning).
• Candidates should have integrity, initiative, and strong communication skills.

The Mobility Operations Rotational Program is for recent college graduates to rotate through several departments to gain exposure within different parts of the business for the first three years of their career. Upon completion of the program, you will have developed a broad set of technical skills while providing solutions to projects across the organization. These rotational roles may require the selected candidate to relocate and/or travel for their position. The program is currently looking for an individual focused on digitalization and automation. This role will focus on improving business processes and performance through data analysis and problem‑solving. Through collaboration with various teams across our manufacturing plants, you will analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to display and optimize results. After development, you will then spend time across various functions including manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, engineering, etc. to implement these tools and drive their adaptation.

Examples of rotation assignments

• Capacity Planning: Support the development of capacity planning tools, optimize their efficiency and accuracy, and utilize these tools to drive business decisions when quoting new opportunities
• Supply Chain: Enhance supply chain planning processes to optimize production schedules, reduce inventory and improve product delivery metrics (e.g.OTIF)
• Manufacturing Operations/Continuous improvement: Partner with various departments within manufacturing to drive a continuous improvement mindset to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and reduce waste in processes

Qualifications

• Candidates must be graduating with a bachelor's degree between June 2026 and December 2026 in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or other business‑related degree with a clear technical interest
• Candidates must be open to potential relocation during some or all of the rotations
• Candidates should have a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience in Process industry supported by SAP as ERP system. Ideally experience in Production Planning, Scheduling or Material planning
• Candidates must be highly self‑motivated individuals possessing strong communication skills
• Candidates should possess the desire to be a future leader
• Candidates should aspire to gain exposure to multiple facets of business to better acquire an appropriate foundation of knowledge
• Candidates must operate with a high level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self‑directed
• Candidates should provide evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
