Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Rehab Technology Supplier to evaluate, recommend, and provide customized CRT to meet client needs. The role collaborates with therapists, physicians, and families to maximize independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, fitting equipment, and developing referral networks while maintaining compliance with funding requirements and Numotion policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience in Assistive Technology or related field.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals based on therapist assessment findings and physician orders.
• Delivering and fitting of equipment, assuring that functional goals established at the evaluation are met.
• Collaborating with customers, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team of professionals to formulate recommendations for appropriate assistive and complex rehab technology equipment to meet identified needs.
• Meeting/exceeding established productivity goals year over year.
• Growing relationships with potential customers and referral sources and maintaining existing relationships to optimize business opportunities.
• Maintaining eligibility status with various vendor systems is required to assure continuous access to facilities.
• Keeping abreast of funding requirements and technological advances within the Rehab Technology industry.
• Develop and maintain new relations and referral sources.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
