Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest mobility provider, seeks a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS) in Texas. You will evaluate clients, recommend Complex Rehabilitation Technology, and collaborate with therapists and physicians to maximize independence and quality of life.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in assistive technology or customer-facing work, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll deliver and fit equipment, build referrals, and help maintain funding eligibility while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and certification.
• e.g. occupational therapy, physical therapy or biomedical engineering will be considered.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Assistive Technology direct customer-related services or related field may be considered.
• Must have valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and mobility goals based on therapist findings and orders.
• Delivering and fitting equipment to meet evaluation goals.
• Collaborating with customers, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to recommend CRT equipment.
• Meet/exceed productivity goals year over year.
• Grow relationships with customers and referral sources to optimize opportunities.
• Maintain eligibility with vendor systems to ensure access to facilities.
• Stay updated on funding requirements and rehab technology advances.
• Develop new relationships and referral sources.
• Uphold Numotion Leadership Principles and company policies.
