Job summary

Numotion, North America’s leading provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS). You will evaluate clients, recommend CRT solutions, and deliver and fit equipment to maximize independence and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with therapists, physicians, and families to tailor equipment to each client, while staying informed on funding requirements and the latest rehab technology advances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in Assistive Technology direct customer services or related field.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and mobility goals.
• Deliver and fit CRT equipment to meet evaluation goals.
• Collaborate with clients, families, therapists, and physicians for recommendations.
• Meet or exceed yearly productivity goals.
• Grow and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Maintain eligibility with vendor systems to ensure access to facilities.
• Stay updated on funding requirements and rehab technology advances.
• Adhere to Numotion leadership principles and confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service for all clients and partners.
