Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, diagnose movement dysfunction, and design individualized treatment plans. You will implement evidence-based therapies, supervise PTAs, and educate families for home care, aiming to restore mobility and reduce disability.

You will collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure integrated patient care, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to quality outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• BS or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
• Current Physical Therapy license for the state of operation.
• Experience evaluating movement dysfunction and designing therapy plans.
• Ability to supervise PT Assistants and students, and collaborate with teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and test results to diagnose movement dysfunction.
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and equipment use.
• Administer and supervise treatments, including manual exercises, massage, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and preventive care for long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to provide coordinated care.
• Supervise PTAs and students to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Stay updated on current PT techniques through ongoing education.
