Job summary

Urban League of Rochester NY Inc in Rochester, NY invites applications for Mobility Mentor Navigator to mentor and administer the Mobility Mentoring Program. You will support the Director of Family Services, recruit clients, conduct intake, maintain files, and assist with reporting and training.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential. Travel across the day is required with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Requires 1+ years of experience in client interactions.
Knowledge of mobility mentoring is required; knowledge of case management is preferred.
Reliable transportation required. Travel is required throughout the day.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Family Services with the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested by the Program Planning, Research and Evaluation Department.
Participate in the recruitment of clients to take part in the Mobility Mentoring Program.
Work directly with clients in the Mobility Mentoring Program, including conducting preliminary intake appointments or client-follow-up.
Maintain client files as instructed by the Director of Family Services.
Attend Urban League of Rochester functions and events.
Participate in training and orientation.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Family Services.
