Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Mobility LPN to support patient mobility under RN supervision. You will perform ambulation, transfers, and assisted exercises, using lift equipment to help patients reach goals and update mobility documentation.

The role requires an LPN with Practical Nurse training, NCLEX passing, and at least one year of patient care experience, plus current BLS. This is a PRN, hourly position with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program with NCLEX.
• Minimum of one year of patient care experience in a health care facility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient mobility including ambulation, transfers, and lifts.
• Document mobility performed and update AM-PAC scores each shift.
