Job summary

National Seating and Mobility (NSM) is seeking a full-time Technician to support our Ohio clientbase. You will respond to service calls, repair mobility equipment, assemble seating and ADL systems, and ensure timely delivery from our branch to customers’ homes or facilities.

You will work with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to coordinate orders, inventory, and service visits, while upholding our HEARTS values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license required for regional travel.
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in branch, field, clinics, schools and care homes.
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Provides inventory control and counts for all orders and stock items in the branch.
• Delivers equipment and provides fitting, instruction and compliance support.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist when needed.
