Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a Technician to support our mission of providing mobility solutions. You will respond to service calls, repair equipment, and coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to ensure timely order processing, assembly, and delivery to clients.

You will work across branch, field, clinic, schools, and care homes, assembling seating and mobility equipment per specs, while maintaining inventory and providing customer-ready services.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in multiple environments including branch, field, clinics, schools, and care homes.
• Assembles seating, mobility, specialty ADL and home accessibility equipment per factory and clinical specs.
• Provides inventory control for all custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting and customer instruction.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
