Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in S&OP, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Perform demand forecasting and shipment analysis for customers.
• Issue invoices and manage billing and accounts receivable/payable related to orders.
• Oversee credit assessments, trade insurance, and COO documentation as needed.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecast analyses and reports.
