Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking a Mobility Technician to assist with Cellular DAS & Public Safety DAS, Wi‑Fi, and routing/switch networking projects. You will support installation teams, handle documentation, and ensure project delivery meets budget, schedule, scope, and quality goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-site installation, and adherence to EIA/TIA and BICSI standards, with potential travel to client sites as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BICSI and industry certifications are preferred.
• Must be able to drive company vehicle.
• Background check and driver’s license check required.
• Ability to lift items and stand for long periods.
• Must complete OneSource Background screening prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Install copper and fiber cabling infrastructures per procedures, EIA/TIA, and BICSI standards.
• Work as a team member to perform infrastructure installations and read floor plans.
• Report potential problems to the Lead Technician.
• Assist Project Leader in job layout and execution and complete paperwork accurately.
• Demonstrate knowledge of testing and troubleshooting copper and fiber cable plant.
