Axalta’s Fast Track Early Talent Program invites recent graduates to jumpstart a career in coatings technology. The Mobility Americas Commercial Development Program rotates through Product Engineering, Technology and Technical Service over the first three years, building broad technical and business skills.

Participants may relocate or travel for assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, gain hands-on experience, and develop as future leaders within Axalta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong communication skills.
• Desire to be a future leader.
• Willingness to gain exposure to multiple facets of business.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Mobility Americas Commercial Development Program rotations across Product Engineering, Technology and Technical Service.
• Provide technical direction and support to customers and projects within Axalta's coatings portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and support market strategies.
