Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
• An active RN license in Kentucky or applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical site partnerships and assignments for student groups in line with program objectives.
• Orients students to clinical environments, equipment, protocols, and safety standards.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical procedures and techniques, modeling high-quality patient care and supervising student performance.
• Leads group discussions on clinical objectives, student progress, and reflective practice in real-time clinical settings.
• Monitors and assesses student performance during clinical rotations, providing timely feedback, remediation, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with didactic faculty and clinical staff to ensure integration of theory and practice and learning outcomes.
