Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Vice President of Commercial Actuarial Pricing and Data & Analytics to lead pricing excellence and advanced analytics in mobility insurance.

You will oversee actuarial pricing for commercial auto and platform-based programs, develop predictive models, manage data science initiatives, and partner with product, underwriting and care teams to drive profitable growth in a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, ratemaking, and risk segmentation.
• Experience leading actuarial and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial pricing and data analytics functions for mobility-focused programs.
• Develop pricing methodologies for new mobility risks (e.g., rideshare, autonomous vehicles).
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Client and Business Development to align pricing with go-to-market strategies.
• Provide executive insights on risk exposure, trends, and pricing volatility in mobility insurance.
