Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Controllership, WHQ Controller to lead end-to-end mobility accounting within SAP, overseeing a dedicated mobility P&L and balance sheet. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• 3+ years applying US GAAP in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Mobility Accounting: Manage assignment setup, master data, journal entries, accruals, allocations, intercompany billing, settlements, reconciliations, and period-end reporting.
• Cost Allocation & Tax Coordination: Interpret mobility costs across entities and tax jurisdictions; execute tax equalization, hypothetical/imputed tax, withholdings, reimbursements, and true-ups.
• Financial Analysis & Controls: Prepare monthly/quarterly variance and flux analyses; maintain internal controls, SOX documentation, audit-ready records, and employee data privacy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects: Partner with internal teams to resolve inquiries, drive process automation/standardization, and support ad-hoc Corporate Controller initiatives.
