Job summary

BraunAbility in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain mobility and accessibility equipment, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles. This role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and an incentive bonus plan, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) match and PTO.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certification or automotive tech certificate preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain mobility equipment and accessible vehicle systems.
• Provide service and support to improve customers' independence.
• Document inspections and service work accurately.
• Engage in ongoing training on mobility tech and manufacturer guidelines.
