Job summary

National Wound Physician Group in Minnesota is seeking a Bariatric Surgeon to join a mobile wound care team. This full-time position features Monday–Friday hours (7 am–4 pm) with no nights or weekends, offering autonomy and a balanced lifestyle while delivering bedside wound care across multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.

You will receive paid training, a path to a wound fellowship, and comprehensive benefits. A medical license (MD/DO) is required to practice in the state.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state where you practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Experience in wound care or bariatric surgery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Work Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm; no nights, no weekends; 40–60 mile facility radius.
• Manage 20–30 patients per day with real-time EMR documentation.
• Participate in paid training and wound fellowship during onboarding.
