Job summary

NIVA Health invites experienced NP/PA wound care leaders to join our Mobile Wound Care Division, delivering advanced therapies in patients' homes and local facilities with autonomy and clinical excellence. You will independently manage wound care across diverse settings, mentor teammates, and contribute to quality initiatives while maintaining meticulous EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with advanced wound care expertise.
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams and drive quality initiatives.
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
