Job summary

NPHire is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a mobile wound care role across central and eastern Pennsylvania. You will deliver hands-on care in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities, with a predictable schedule of three to four days per week and competitive compensation. The position offers a formal certification pathway and incentives. Ideal candidates will hold an active NP license, be board certified, and have at least one year of wound care experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of wound care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience.
• Self-directed and organized across a multi-facility mobile territory.
• Comfort with HIPAA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on bedside wound care across assigned PA counties.
• Document all patient visits accurately via mobile EMR.
• Educate patients and families on wound management.
