Job summary

You will join the Young Automotive Group body shop as a Windshield Technician / Auto Glass Technician, handling removal, installation, and repair of automotive glass with emphasis on safety and quality. Work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your skillset and take pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician / Windshield Installer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques and safety standards.
• Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass.
• Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable.
• Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety compliance on all installations.
• Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable).
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion.
• Maintain tools and workspace.
• Collaborate with body shop team to ensure efficient workflow.
