Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home end-of-life care across Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Davie, Plantation, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas.

You’ll practice independently on the road with strong mentorship, scheduling flexibility (2–5 days, self-managed options) and generous compensation including a base salary with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• License verification, a background check, and driving record review will be completed before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life in-home care for pets.
• Practice independently on the road with team support and mentorship.
• Offer care with dignity and help families say goodbye with peace.
