Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care across Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Pompano Beach, Hollywood and surrounding areas. You’ll practice independently on the road with strong onboarding and mentorship, while enjoying a schedule that fits your life and generous bonuses.

No non-compete, caring team, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include DVM/VMD/BVMS, valid license, ability to lift, and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Weekend scheduling flexibility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 90 lbs with assistance
• Background check and license verification required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
• Offer compassionate guidance to families on end-of-life decisions.
• Manage visits across multiple cities in Florida.
• Collaborate with mentorship and support team.
