Heartstrings Pet Hospice in Toledo and surrounding areas provides in-home hospice and peaceful euthanasia care for pets. We are a privately owned, family-run practice that values veterinarians as individuals and supports independence with a dedicated team backing your scheduling and aftercare needs.

We offer 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-day employment options across Toledo, Bowling Green, Adrian, Monroe & Bedford, Michigan, with full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility.
• Valid driver's license.
• A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care.
• Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends.
• Hospice experience is not required.

We offer 2-Day, 3-Day, 4-Day, and 5-Day employment opportunities throughout Toledo, Bowling Green - Ohio, Adrian, Monroe & Bedford - Michigan & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time & Part-Time.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $90,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $105,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.

Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling Opportunities Available with Pro-Rated Compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
