Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia is seeking veterinarians to provide compassionate in-home hospice and humane euthanasia across Toledo, Bowling Green, Adrian, Monroe, and Bedford regions. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with meaningful family interactions and professional independence.

Qualifications

DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility.
Valid driver’s license.
A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care.
Availability consistent with the position’s schedule, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home hospice and peaceful euthanasia care for pets and families.
Coordinate appointments and aftercare with our support team.
Maintain flexible scheduling including weekend shifts to serve families in need.

Requirements

DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $90,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $105,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.

With Pro-Rated Compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
