Heartstrings Pet Hospice invites veterinarians to join our privately owned team delivering in-home hospice and compassionate euthanasia in the Charlotte, NC area. We value independence, offer real work-life balance, and no non-competes.

We provide private, compassionate care with supportive leadership and coordination with a dedicated team for families during difficult times.

Qualificações

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility.
• Valid driver's license.
• Compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care.
• Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home hospice and humane euthanasia care to patients.
• Collaborate with families to design compassionate care plans.
• Coordinate visits with support team across Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility
• Valid driver's license
• A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care
• Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends

Hospice experience is not required. We'll support you as you transition into this meaningful field of veterinary medicine.

We offer 2-Day, 3-Day, 4-Day, and 5-Day employment opportunities throughout Charlotte, Waxhaw, Concord, Matthews, Huntersville, Monroe, NC, and surrounding communities.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $110,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $135,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.

Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling opportunities available with compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
