Lap of Love invites you to join as a full-time Mobile Veterinarian serving San Mateo, CA and surrounding areas. You will provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, offering compassionate support during meaningful moments for pets and families.

This role offers flexible 2–5 day weeks, with mentorship, onboarding, and a strong support network to help you balance professional fulfillment with personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Manage mobile veterinary visits across San Mateo, CA and surrounding areas.
• Deliver high-quality medical care while supporting families during difficult moments.
