Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve San Jose and surrounding communities in a flexible, home-based setting. The role emphasizes compassionate hospice and euthanasia care while maintaining a strong client-centered approach.

You will operate in a mobile practice with support and mentorship, delivering meaningful care in patients' homes. Availability on weekends and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check will be conducted before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice veterinary medicine in a mobile setting, visiting clients at home.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and client communication.
