Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Richmond, VA is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to join a growing network of over 400 veterinarians. You’ll visit pets at home, provide hospice and compassionate euthanasia care, and practice independently with guided mentorship and a supportive practice team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
• Deliver in-home veterinary visits across multiple VA regions.
• Maintain independence while staying connected with the Lap of Love team and mentors.
• Support families during meaningful moments with professional and empathetic care.
