Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking a field-based team member to support pet health services. You will assist with vaccinations, microchips, and wellness products while engaging pet parents in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.

Responsibilities include patient handling, inventory awareness, and safe operation of a company vehicle on clinic days. A HS diploma and valid driver’s license are required; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service sales.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment, dispense and label medication, review discharge paperwork with pet parents.
• Restrain pets for procedures including vaccines, nail trims and microchips.
• Collect and prepare blood and fecal samples for lab tests.
• Drive company vehicle to clinics and manage loading/unloading.
